ASISCorporateSecurity® has been developed with the
assistance of experienced corporate security professionals. The System has been designed to
be used by security professionals from both the Public and
incident recording, reporting, investigation, property management,
outcome and corrective action process is managed by the System. Corporate Security professionals have an array of
reports to assist them with the current status of all incidents and
associated investigations, be they internal or external.
The System is easy
to use and has been designed to be intuitive. A
comprehensive 'On-Line Help' facility is provided. In
addition, an electronic version of the User Manual is provided (in MS
Word format) and there is no limit to the number of copies of the User
Manual that an organization may produce under license.
ASISCorporateSecurity® provides control and
management over various incident categories in particular, Security
Breaches, Threats and Behavioural Incidents. It
provides facilities to assist with the monitoring and recording of
investigations and resources, both internal
and external as well as providing increased productivity, security and
audit trail capability.
The System will
assist Security Managers by: prioritizing each
Allegation or Incident, identifying the work load of each Case Officer,
facilitating 'Running Sheet' entries for each Investigation, on-line
Case Status, Court Action referrals and Exhibit/Evidence/Property
management on a Case by Case basis.
In addition, there
is the provision of a Management Reporting Module which, provides
statistics on demand indicating various trend analysis by region and or
incident location. Most reports provide graphs
and charts in addition to the standard tabular summation of data. These reports have been designed to ease the
burden on the Corporate Security Manager in providing 'Executive
Management' with statistics that are simple to understand and
interpret. The System has been designed so that Managers need
only press a button to monitor the activity of any Investigation or
produce reports and statistics.
Managers and their staff are provided with an array of tools and reports
to assist them with:
- Incident Details and Incident Summary
- Investigation Running Sheets and linked
- Draft Brief of Evidence production
- Person Details and Physical Description Details
- Suspect identification (ID Photo Array/Photo
Board), 12 photos that can be set up as required
- Incident Location Details
location of all Evidence/Property collected or reported missing and the
movement history of each piece of evidence.
In addition to the
above, Managers have access to a range of Incident Statistical Reports
that will cover just about any reporting eventuality.
If not, a comprehensive 'Ad-hoc Reporting facility' is provided
for additional customized reporting requirements. The
System also provides users with a comprehensive 'Text Search' facility
with 'Wild Card' capability.
