The protection of your privacy is of primary concern to us here at ASIS. Our goal in expanding and clarifying our policy on the collection and use of client data is to ensure the highest level of confidence, confidentiality and security.

The aim of the Company is to provide an environment which will ensure the information provided to us will be handled in as secure, efficient, and confidential a manner as possible, and in accordance with privacy legislation.

1. What information do we collect and store?

Clients of our company may be asked to submit personal details about themselves verbally, by email, in an online form or in hardcopy form. The information submitted or sent electronically is received by our network and stored in our database. Hard copy information is held within secure files on our secure business premises.

In providing the Company with information, sending the company an email, completing an online form or providing hard copy information, providers of information accept that the Company is granted consent to use any personal information within our organisation, only for the purposes prescribed, including responding to queries and republishing information on our web site.

2. How do we use the information we collect?

When you provide your personal information to ASIS (such as your name, address, phone number, company name, or the product/s you are evaluating or purchasing) we will not give or sell your individual information to any outside company for its use in marketing or solicitation. We will maintain the confidentiality of your personal information and it will be used only to support and improve your client relationship with ASIS. Additionally, internal practices help protect your privacy by limiting employee access to, and use of, client data.

The Company does not have information-recording software such as ‘Cookies’. The Company does not monitor activity on the Company web site.

We reserve the right to modify the information, collate, edit or track personal information in order to improve our services or if required by law.

3. Security, Quality and Accuracy of information

At ASIS, we are helping you maintain control over your personal data while fostering the growth of a more interactive on-line environment. Our intention is to only send emails to clients or to individuals whom we believe have chosen to receive such emails. At any time you have the right to 'opt out' of receiving future ASIS communications. Our web site offers robust encryption technology to help protect the transmission of client information over the Internet.

We endeavour to keep personal information up to-date and accurate, however, clients must let us know if there are any details accidentally recorded incorrectly in an email, in an online form, or in hard copy. We will endeavour to correct personal information within three business days of receiving a written request.

Whilst we take all due care in protecting the security, confidentiality and privacy of the information submitted, we cannot guarantee that systems will be completely free from third party interception or damage to information transmitted by email which is caused by viruses.

Where we have provided links to other sites, we make no warranties or representations as to the quality, currency and accuracy of the information on any site to which we provide a link. We encourage users to view the terms and conditions of use, privacy policies and security statements on those sites.
